WHERE DOES OUR FOOD COME FROM?

•Ahi is purchased from local Kaua’i fisherman whenever possible, or from Oahu when ahi is running deeper and further from shore in the winter months.

•Salmon is sustainably sourced from New Zealand! you can read about it here!

•Blue crab is Atlantic based.

•Veggies are all sourced locally when available and purchased organically from Healthy Hut (@healthyhutkauai) when not available locally. Avocados- @nandiwooten @vivarainfarms. Cucumbers, green onions and salad greens all come from @buenavistagardens

*Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of food borne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE SINGLE-USE BAGS FOR TAKE-OUT. The landfill on island is dangerously over filled. Although all of our take-out containers are compostable, most are destined for that over filled landfill. As an effort to limit our impact on our islands resources, we offer recyclable cardboard boxes (the ones our veggies come in), or request you BYOB- Bring Your Own Bag :)
